Purchasing : There are two "Add to Basket" buttons for every item in our store. As indicated, one is for customers within the United Kingdom and the other is for customers outside of the U.K. Clicking the appropriate button will add the item to your shopping basket priced with inclusive shipping for your location. Before you do this, make sure to choose any relevant options (such as size and colour) from the scroll down bar. If an item is out of stock it will be indicated.
Payments : Web payment are made through the secure and easy to use PayPal system, which allows you to pay with most major cards, or direct from your PayPal account. If you are unable to use PayPal and would like to pay by another method please email us to make arrangements.
Shipping : We aim to dispatch orders asap. however, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery within the UK (overseas orders may take longer). UK shipping is by Standard Royal Mail, and overseas by Airmail. If you want the items to be sent recorded delivery (which covers the item in the event of loss or damage during shipping) this will cost extra - please email us to make this arrangement.
Returns : 28 day return period on faulty items.
